Last Updated: June 29th, 2025

Welcome to Bloczy

Bloczy is a technology platform that connects you directly with independently operated, commercially insured drivers. We do not provide transportation services ourselves — instead, we give you access to professional drivers, safe ride coordination tools, and a seamless booking experience. All payments are made directly between the rider and the driver, and Bloczy charges a separate, transparent platform fee to maintain and support the system.

This policy outlines expectations, conduct standards, and safety practices to ensure a respectful and secure environment for all riders and drivers.

3. Ride Safely and Confidently
Track your ride in real time and communicate securely with your driver. Safety tools and emergency features are available in the app.

4. Share Feedback
After each ride, you can rate your experience to help maintain service quality and accountability across the platform.

Consequences
Violation of any of these policies may result in account warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

Bloczy Public Health Disclosure Guidelines

Last Updated: March 10, 2025

As part of Bloczy’s commitment to community safety, we work closely with public health authorities (PHAs) globally in response to infectious disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies. This document explains how Bloczy may share user data with PHAs, and what steps may be taken to support public health and safety efforts.

I. Public Health Disclosures

Bloczy may disclose user information to PHAs when we have a good-faith belief that an emergency involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm requires immediate disclosure.

Bloczy also may voluntarily disclose relevant data to certified public health officials during public health emergencies — even in the absence of a formally declared state of emergency — if the request is legitimate and tied to public health response.

Bloczy may disclose:

  • Contact Information — to assist in notifying users of potential exposure.

  • Trip Information — including pickup/drop-off points and trip duration, when relevant to contact tracing.

  • Other Relevant Data — directly related to the public health concern.

Bloczy will not disclose unrelated personal data or historical trip records that fall outside the scope of the specific emergency.

II. How to Submit a Request

Authorized public health authorities may request user data from Bloczy if the following criteria are met:

  1. Certify legal authority to obtain the data requested.

  2. Certify the request is related to an urgent public health emergency involving risk of death or serious physical harm.

  3. Provide a factual basis showing how the request relates to a public health issue.

  4. Agree to Bloczy’s Terms and Conditions for handling sensitive user information.

  5. Provide any applicable supporting legal documentation (e.g., subpoena, court order, or emergency directive).

Requests must be submitted:

  • On official government letterhead, or

  • As part of a valid government-issued order.

III. Submitting Requests to Bloczy

Bloczy has a dedicated process for public health disclosures.

All requests should be submitted to:
Email: info@bloczy.com

By submitting a request, public health authorities agree to:

  • Use the data solely for the stated public health purpose.

  • Not disclose the information to unauthorized third parties.

IV. User Notification Policy

Bloczy will provide delayed notification to users whose data was shared with PHAs, unless:

  • Notification is prohibited by law, or

  • Bloczy determines that immediate notice is not appropriate due to the nature of the emergency.

Notifications are typically sent after the public health purpose has been fulfilled.

V. Temporary Holds on User Accounts

To help prevent potential transmission of infectious diseases, Bloczy may temporarily restrict a user's access to its services based on guidance from PHAs or official public health documentation.

An account may be placed on hold if:

  • A PHA confirms that the user tested positive for a communicable disease.

  • Bloczy identifies close contact with an infected person, based on official trip records.

  • Bloczy receives an order from a PHA instructing platform restrictions.

Holds remain in place until Bloczy receives official confirmation from a licensed medical professional or public health authority that the user is no longer contagious. If the hold was initiated by official order, Bloczy will await formal clearance from the issuing authority.

VI. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What precautions should I take during a public health emergency?
A: Please follow public guidance issued by your local health authority, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or the World Health Organization (WHO).

Q: Will Bloczy notify users if their data is shared with public health officials?
A: Yes, unless prohibited by law or deemed unsafe, Bloczy will notify users after their data has been disclosed.

Q: I submitted a public health request but haven’t received a reply. What should I do?
A: Please follow up by emailing info@bloczy.com, including your original request, submission date, and any reference number.

At Bloczy, safety, respect, and trust are the foundation of every experience. These Community Guidelines are designed to help ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and secure environment for everyone—riders, drivers, delivery partners, guests, and Bloczy employees alike.

These guidelines apply to all use of the Bloczy platform, including your interactions in vehicles, during deliveries, in-app, through phone or online support, and in-person at Bloczy locations. In some cases, off-platform behavior may also be subject to these guidelines if it affects the safety or integrity of our community.

Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and trusted platform.

Our Three Core Principles

1. Treat Everyone with Respect

Your actions have a real impact on others. We expect every community member to act with courtesy, consideration, and integrity.

Punctuality & Courtesy

  • Be on time for pickups and deliveries.

  • Avoid shouting, slamming doors, or leaving a mess. Clean up after yourself.

Personal Space & Physical Contact

  • Do not touch others unless they’ve requested assistance (e.g., mobility help).

  • Violence, threats, or physical aggression are never allowed.

Sexual Misconduct

  • Never make comments about someone’s appearance, ask about their relationship status, or engage in flirtatious or sexual behavior.

  • Bloczy enforces a strict no-sexual-contact policy, regardless of consent.

Threats or Harassment

  • Harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, written, or digital—is prohibited.

  • This includes threats, intimidation, or disrespectful gestures and language.

Post-Trip Contact

  • Do not contact other users after a trip or delivery unless returning a lost item.

  • Texting, calling, showing up at someone’s location, or reaching out on social media is not permitted without consent.

Discrimination

  • Bloczy does not tolerate racism, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Do not engage in any form of bias based on race, ethnicity, age, gender, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or any protected category under law.

Property Damage

  • Do not damage vehicles, delivery equipment, merchant premises, or other property.

  • You may be charged for cleanup or repair costs, and intentional damage may result in account deactivation.

2. Help Keep One Another Safe

Safety is a shared responsibility. These standards are in place to protect everyone.

Firearms and Weapons

  • Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on the Bloczy platform for all users, to the extent permitted by law.

Drugs and Alcohol

  • Open containers of alcohol and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Drivers may decline service to riders who are excessively intoxicated or disorderly.

  • If you believe your driver is under the influence, end the trip, exit the vehicle, and call 911. Then report the incident to Bloczy.

3. Follow the Law

All users must comply with local, state, and federal laws while using the Bloczy platform.

Licensing and Documentation

  • Drivers and delivery partners must maintain valid licenses, insurance, registrations, and any other required credentials.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • Do not impersonate someone else or provide false information.

  • Falsely reporting incidents, disputing valid charges, or abusing promotions is considered fraud.

Off-Platform Transactions

  • Soliciting or accepting rides or deliveries outside of the Bloczy platform is strictly prohibited.

  • Riders should only request trips through the app. Drivers should not accept street hails.

How Bloczy Enforces These Guidelines

Violation of these Community Guidelines may constitute a material breach of your agreement with Bloczy and can result in the loss of access to some or all features of the platform, including permanent deactivation.

Bloczy investigates reports from users, support staff, and monitoring systems. Depending on the severity and nature of the behavior, Bloczy may:

  • Contact you for clarification.

  • Issue a warning or temporary suspension.

  • Remove access permanently without prior notice.

Bloczy reviews every situation on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to take immediate action to protect the community.

Reporting Violations

You can report behavior that violates these guidelines directly through the Bloczy app or by contacting info@bloczy.com. Every report is reviewed and handled confidentially, with safety as our top priority.
